About me

A coach, not an influencer

I work as the head coach at a fitness studio in Malta and I'm on the gym floor with real people every day — not just behind a screen. I created and run a 6-week transformation program that more than [X] people have completed, built on my own nutrition and tracking system.

I'm the author of the "Fuel to Perform" manual and a recipe book with 162 recipes with exact portions and macros. Every tool you'll work through — the platform, the plans, the tracking — I built myself, because nothing off the shelf worked the way it should.

I don't promise miracles in 2 weeks. I promise a system that works if you follow it — and me next to you while you do.

Do I need a gym?
No. Your training program is built around the equipment you have and the schedule you live — gym, home weights or no equipment at all. The system adapts to you, not the other way around.
What if I travel?
The plan adapts. You check in from your phone wherever you are, and we adjust nutrition and training to the week as it really is — not as it should be.
What does the check-in look like?
Once a week, through the platform, you send your weight, measurements and how you feel — 2 minutes from your phone, no installs. I review the data and your plan changes based on your progress.
Is the plan restrictive?
No. The plan is built from foods you actually like, rotated every week. No starving, no forbidden foods, no templates.
What's the difference between Guided and Elite?
Guided is a group program with a fixed start date — the platform, the plan and my approvals. Elite is 1:1 work with me: direct WhatsApp, video technique analysis and my personal weekly review, without waiting.
