Nutrition and training coaching from Malta. You track your food, your training and your weight in one place — I see the same numbers you do, and every week I decide what changes.
The maths is free — calculate your macros, no email needed.
Coaching is not a plan you're handed once. It's a loop: you measure, I read, we adjust. Everything I've built exists to make that loop run every single week — without you filling in a spreadsheet.
The app works on its own, for free, forever. On its own it's careful: it waits for two full weeks of consistent data before it suggests anything, and the only thing it will move is your carbohydrates. That's deliberate — an algorithm with nobody to ask has to be conservative.
I don't have to be. I can see that you travelled, that you slept badly for a week, that your knee is bothering you — and I can change training, protein, meal timing or the whole approach this week, not in two.
That's the difference you're paying for. Not access to the app. The reading.
My fitness journey didn't start with perfect genetics — it started out of necessity. After crashing my metabolism through massive weight fluctuations, I learned the hard way that willpower means nothing without science and structure.
For the past 10 years, I've been in the trenches. Today, I don't just work behind a screen; I'm a head coach on the gym floor in Malta, helping real people achieve sustainable body composition.
What I bring to the table:
I don't promise 2-week miracles. I promise a surgical system that works if you follow it — and I'll be right next to you while you do.
As a woman in my 40s, I came to Đorđe wanting to get stronger, not smaller — and that's exactly what he delivered. His approach is properly researched and remarkably attentive to detail: my programme was built on progressive overload, but genuinely adapted to my goals, my body and my age rather than lifted off a template. When injuries came up he went out of his way to rework the movements so I could keep training safely instead of stopping — and I still ended up PR'ing on most of my lifts. On nutrition, he took the time to explain the concepts rather than just handing me a plan, and made sure my macros actually matched what I was trying to achieve. His focus isn't on skinny — it's on health and strength. Communication was excellent throughout, he was always ready to help, and he's clearly passionate about what he does and still investing in his own learning. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
Olivia Bilocca New PRs on most liftsI was very happy with the one-to-one programme with Đorđe. I lost weight and built muscle, and managed to maintain it over the busy Christmas period without sacrificing any fun. What I liked most about the programme was the building blocks to creating healthy, filling and very nutritional meals — the knowledge I gained during that period I still use today. The training was simple but effective and my body responded really well to it. Đorđe is on hand to answer any questions you have at all times, and the weekly check-ins keep you motivated and on track. If you are looking for training and nutritional support that works around your own life and schedule, this is it.
